~ About Sean ~

Sean is a writer with an MFA in Film and Television whose professional work includes decades in the video and film industry, being a crime reporter, freelance writer, a factotum, and almost being killed several times.

Sean grew up in the late 70s-80’s-90s version of Southern California, wrestling jolly artists, hippies, surfers, punkers, some surgeons, architects, litigators, and even a private investigator who eventually gave up and left Sean alone.

It was a magical time, in a magical place, where Sean pulled weeds and played outside all day, video games required quarters, and many parents still beat their children.

Sean is a longtime outdoorsman and sporting enthusiast who has biked the California Coast, climbed 21,000 foot Mera Peak in Nepal, earned a black belt, and played several years of rugby. After having his nose broken several times, and chronic black eyes, he now focuses on light jogging and general water play.

Sean is married to an amazingly lovely girl named Sandra who kicks ass & has blessed him with two amazing daughters, several dogs, and a refined taste for wine and chores.

In high school Sean was voted Class Clown, wrote a column called Shozzer’s Flipside in the school paper, was Captain of his high school football team, and once put Bob’s Big Boy on his high school’s roof.

Sean can also surf, ski, and juggle, is a decent cook, but can’t unicycle, and people that talk about themselves in 3rd person make Sean strangely uncomfortable, but he understands that it’s sometimes necessary.
